A picture is worth a thousand words. 

Social media photos and video on video streaming sites like YouTube and Vimeo have established themselves as among of these best ways to tell, retell and (more importantly) own a story. This is important in marketing and public relations because it allows the client or media consumer to better grasp what concepts are being explained without forcing the consumer to make their own assumptions. 

Rhythm client QualiTech Environmental recently used video to showcase the debut of the redesigned NOFI Current Buster 4 at the Spill Control Association of America (SCAA) Annual Meeting in Savannah on April 28. The NOFI Current Buster 4 is a High Speed Oil Containment system or something that can be hard to visualize without an accompanying image. 

This deployment was conducted alongside the industry’s largest oil spill response organization, Marine Spill Response Corporation (MSRC). The Savannah River, one of the Southeast’s largest freshwater outlets, has strong currents along with a significant amount of shipping traffic. It is a major industrial and commercial route, and currents were estimated to reach three knots during the demonstration.
